True, at the higher end, it can boil down to what your tastes are. Before the Logitech Z5500 system, I had a high end set of Altek Lansings that were also 5.1 and THX certified. I wound up giving these to my Son as in my opinion the Z5500 system outperformed the Altek Lansing system in almost eve
