It's really not that complicated, and the one test CD I did worked just
fine. But I do *not* believe that it's easier than CDRWIN, and I don't
think *any* burning program is easier to perform a basic CD compilation
with than Easy CD-Da Extractor.

It's not a program as such, it's an encoding technique. The latest version

have been ripped at a very low bit rate such as 128kbps. There is some math
involved in the way that the stereo information is analysed and then used to
enhance the sound but I don't have that depth of detail at h

Goldwave will allow you to do both. Beware though that encoders and
decoders have their own unique algorithms for converting to lossy formats so
you can expect some degradation in quality when converting between MP3 and
WMA.
