Radio Shack sells those batteries, as do probably any number of other mass-merchandisers. There's nothing particularly special about them, and I don't believe they're proprietary to XM. Simplest thing to do would probably be to take the original to Radio Shack, tell them that's what you want, and they'll take care of you. If I remember right, they sell them in packages of either three or four--I don't think you can buy them individually, but that way you'll have some extras laying around for quite a while to come, given how long they last.
