pops and clicks with goldwave

When I first started recording with goldwave, my recordings were smooth, no problems. Lately, I get lots of clicks, pops, crackles, etc. in the playback mode. I checked volume on all aspects. Any ideas? I'm really disappointed about this. ___ PC-Au

Well now, I suppose the term "expensive" depends on how you look at the machine, if its from a point of view of accessability only then yes, it is a bit expensive however if its from the point of view of a very good quality hard drive recorder which has good specs then perhaps its not too expen
