Well, it's been my experience that if you have repeat checked, winamp will
try to establish the connection automatically.

hi. Why not just press the letter r for repeat? If the connection is lost,
it'll try reconnecting again.

Hi, Dave, could you press the letter r for repeat, and have winamp

Yes, that is interesting, seeing as, I think anyway, you use winamp,
therefore you should be able to access the stations free of charge, or at
least some stations, like on real player; you could get a free station for

Hi,
Many of the mp3 players out there, like the i rivers, do
play og files, and winamp and other players will play them too. They
are smaller, and sound as good or better than mp3's.

Not everybody agrees, but I do not use the software

I like AOL as an ISP because it offers all kinds of features from the main
page, but because of this, it is rather complicated and many people don't want
that. I can understand many ways of looking at any of this, and we all work
with what we want and then what we can afford. Too bad there are n
But they seem to be using AOL's facilities to carry their stream, somehow.
As I said, I originally found their stream by searching the AOL with XM

Hmm, I didn't know that WQXR was one of the XM choices. Maybe i'll try to
find that, though i'm still not real good at pasting in URL's to the Winamp
address bar or whatever it's called. For this station maybe I'll just stick

Susan,
Well, I don't fully understand it, either. but, when Winamp 5.1 was
released, a couple of months ago, there was a new subsection in the Online
Streams section of the Library, where you could find AOL with XM streams. I
found a stream in there for WQXR, the New York Times' classical music

customers, but stranger things have happened.

Gail and Dana,
