The windows media ones probably don't, usually not available. I don't think the media player encoder allows for title streaming, and most FM broadcasters probably don't play out with media player as it doesn't crossfade, and winamp doesn't do scheduling and a whole bunch of other things they ma

But they seem to be using AOL's facilities to carry their stream, somehow. As I said, I originally found their stream by searching the AOL with XM section of Winamp's library, and, when you go to www.wqxr.com and follow the links to their stream, you're taken to a sign up page for AOL. Blessed
