Hi Bruce. The first slider is the range. It controls the range. I have mine
set to 24. I have the compression set to hard. I have the max eq set to 6.
Basically what this plugin does is to bring up the level of the music and
keep it constant. It's a great plugin.

In the Audiostocker plugin configuration for Winamp, there are three sets
of radio buttons. Could someone please explain in English what they
control, so I can configure them to my tastes for my radio show?

every function of my computer was slowed, making it necessary to
restart. I'd have to say that I'm not impressed with the after

Hi again,
My troubles with the National Hockey League streams were fixed with a

Hi all,
I'm trying to listen to the National Hockey League online, which provides
all games for free from the nhl website. However, when I go to the page
displaying the games, and I choose a game which is supposed to be playing, a
page comes up showing that the "play state" is stopped. When I a
Where do you find controls in Power DVD 5.5? I see nothing except Restore,

Thanks Jeff, I can almost hear the relief in your voice even though I'm
reading your message on my BrailleNote mPower. it's an odd feeling to be
back running the list that I started seven years ago. Gosh has it really
been that long?
I'd firstly like to thank Jeff for his fantastic efforts in help

It's been a very interesting experience, but managing a list of this
size is a lot of work, and I need a break. Jonathan graciously

You've probably got Winamp installed? Here's a little trick I discovered. I
don't know why this works, but it does. Here's what you do.
Get into Winamp preferences, then file types. Now tab to the button that
reads none and hit enter.
Now tab into the list view of file types and select only mp3. O
Hi Deb. Have you by any chance installed some software since the last
time you listened to those .asx streams. I'm asking because the same
thing happened to me when I installed Winamp 5.1. Logically, as a
couple of list members pointed out when I mentioned the problem, with

Hi Robert
The manual is available in pdf format from the net. A sighted person helped
me to download it as I could not access the iriver.com website.
I can send you the .txt version privately as this list does not allow
attachments. The pdf version is about 20 mb but the text one not even 1 mb.
Hi Michael,
I'm glad to say the problem was solved for me on this list. It was just a
case of pressing the play button twice. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any
reference to this in the quick-start guide. Now I've got to somehow learn to
use my H320. Yesterday, I finished scanning the manual bu
