Hi Michael, I'm glad to say the problem was solved for me on this list. It was just a case of pressing the play button twice. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any reference to this in the quick-start guide. Now I've got to somehow learn to use my H320. Yesterday, I finished scanning the manual but I don't think it is a very good scan so there are obviously going to be problems. Someone on the list suggested a suck it and see approach by simply pressing buttons to see what happened. Well, I think that method could easily trigger unwanted problems such as unknowingly formatting the hard drive.
