Thanks Gary. That's what the problem was. My teacher has a stand alone

There most certainly is a difference in rewriteable cd's. just like with the
cdr's, there are music and data discs respectively. use those discs you bought
on your computer for mp3 files and other stuff. you could burn a music cd on
the computer too with roxio or Nero.
data discs won't burn in
Congratulations Christine! Keep us posted as to how you make out; it's

It has been my experience (and I got this tip from another lister) that if I
have the prameters set to "soundboard"..it'll record; not sure if I'm saying
it right. But more experienced users of "Total Recorder" will know what I'm
getting at.

know if one is the one they released for the theaters and the other one
maybe has some sceenes either added
A couple of weeks ago, I bought some rewriteable CDs to use to record my
piano lessons. The first time I took one, it didn't seem to work. My
teacher thought maybe he was doing something wrong with his equipment, which
was new and he doesn't know all about it. But, this week, I took the whole

Dave,
Audiovault is not a very accessible program at all.
I hate to tell you this, but I've had experience with it.
This is rather unfortunate, but it's the way it is.
Any more info you need, just drop me a note.
Thanks,

It's a little more subtle than that, while broadcasters are assessed a fee
against their subscription base, assessments are also made to support a native

Hi Anders. I think you have to go to the Sony website. I've gone there by
going to soundforge.com. When you go there, you can find a phone number to
call them from. I've done that. I've called the 1800 number, and those
folks helped me register my product. Hope this helps. m. .

I went there and there was no option called "what you hear" like there is in

I believe you can choose under "settings" in re-play radio whether you want
the program to set the volume controls or not. If you uncheck this, the
volumes should remain where you had them set. Also, you may have to check
your settings to be sure the soundcard drivers and not replay-radio driv
