is the only one I managed to find that has a list of all available plug ins.
Most are included in the retail version 6.0 fortunately.

Are you sure you need to do anything? Have you tried streaming? I
don't have that brand of router, but I didn't have to do anything
special in order to stream. I don't think it blocks any outbound
ports.
