So far so bad. How can I avoid a timeout during the recover? I mean what is the
read/write check all about if it leaves the resource unmanaged at the end?
I fully understand, that if the resource is not securely shut down and stonith
is not active, it should be unmanaged.

So you want to setup a ping ressource in each subnet. if your active node can

Thx, i tried to tune the parameter, but the errors still arrived.
After restarting the corosysnc-daemon on each node the errors disappeared.

I think i found my fault. I have changed the complete Config and killed the
node id's. After complete reconfiguration the Server made failover fine.
Sometimes are bad times:-)

Kernel is 2.6.30-bpo, the packages are those from madkiss' repository.
I'd really appreciate any hints on where to start debugging or which
information I have to provide to this

Clarifying: Logged as a "warning", and not as a merely informational
message?

settings "cluster-recheck-interval" of five minutes, we often see
messages of the this kind in our logfiles:
crmd: [3856]: WARN: do_state_transition: Progressed to state
S_POLICY_ENGINE after C_TIMER_POPPED
Why is this logged as a warning?
