To
Gerald,
I did see the links at the top. However, when I click on the pdf one, it
remains on the html manual. So, I was wondering if there was some other way or
if I was doing something wrong.

Gerald,
It must have been my mac, because I have it now from my workstation at the

experience. I have the concepts of programming down, and I understand tags.
Thus I've been able to do things like set up the smtp server without limping to
y'all to find an answer.
Thanks so much,

Jens and Mark,
Thank you so much for the information on fetchmail. I, seriously, appreciate
being referred back to the manual, as this is how I will learn.

s received that ticket?
I have read the manual, and I'm guessing it should be working but it's not.
I'm missing something simple. If you need screenshots, please let me know.

Is it possible to add fields in the Customer Record?
For example, in our line of work it's the latitude and Longitude of a location
is important. Am I able to add a field that says "Lat/Lon?"
As a work around, I can use the comment field to mark the Lat/Lon.

Ok, I've gotten the lat/long fields added in the back end. Can you point me to
the manual or the file that we have to modify to put the new field in the
frontend?

I appreciate everyone's willingness to help out when they answer questions they
may consider to be dumb questions, but they answer them anyway.
