Hi OTRS/ ITSM Gurus,
In ORTS / ITSM I have set up a new ticket type called "Development Request"
and similar to ticket type "RfC" I want tickets of this ticket type to be
able to create and link change orders.
Therefore, I have added my new Ticket type "Development Request" to the
Admin-->

Try using Zoom to Ticket details --> Additional ITSM Fields and change the
field "Title".
