‘charset’ column was deleted for OTRS 5, ‘utf8’ should be de only one on the
system.
This field is deleted on 'scripts/DBUpdate-to-5.pl’, check that you have latest
version for
your OTRS system files.

Hi Florian,
Almost all scrips under ‘bin’ folder were replaced by console commands.
From your OTRS folder, execute:
perl bin/otrs.Console.pl —help
or
perl bin/otrs.Console.pl List
you will found 'Admin::CustomerUser::Add’, the command you are looking for.
