I had actually done so sometime ago and ended up with some OPAR package
which didn't help much, and thought the world had ended there :D

How can I make dynamics fields visible by default in search (Ticket ->
Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewSearch)?
I try defined key and value into
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###Defaults###DynamicField the field
wasn't visible until I add it manual.

Just updated from 3.0.9 to 3.1.4 and cant get the templates working.
The To field is no longer using
"CustomerID" value="070808126150280643214C"/>
"SelectedCustomerUser" value="97556"/>
to be able to select the correct user from the correect company.
It now seems you should use "Custom
