Thanks Robert. I had actually done so sometime ago and ended up with some OPAR package which didn't help much, and thought the world had ended there :D Anyways, I've search Google and I believe my quest is solved in one of the top three results, will further investigate this and work on it ... GI

Hi to all How can I make dynamics fields visible by default in search (Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewSearch)? I try defined key and value into Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###Defaults###DynamicField the field wasn't visible until I add it manual. Thanks in advance Aleš ---

Hi all, Just updated from 3.0.9 to 3.1.4 and cant get the templates working. The To field is no longer using "CustomerID" value="070808126150280643214C"/> "SelectedCustomerUser" value="97556"/> to be able to select the correct user from the correect company. It now seems you should use "Custom
