It all depends on attachments!!
I am into 8th month of OTRS usage and my DB is 19GB.

storage module to ArticleStorageFS.
In the $OTRS_HOME/bin/ directory you will find a script to move the existing
attachments form DB to FS.

Is it possible to assign a different group to each LDAP customer source
declared ?
This way, mulitple LDAP source won't fit in the same global "users" group.

Just in case it's helpful to anybody. This is how I implemented SSO witn
NTLM authentication on SLES.
I know there is a howto about it on wiki but it was missing few bits in my
case.
1) Installed Apache2::AuthenNTLM module by running:
# perl -e shell -MCPAN
cpan[1]> install Apache2::Authe
