I've had similar things occur in the past. I deleted the saved paswords from

Works fine here on FF 4.0.1 with OTRS 2.4.10, username and password both filled

This probably relates to the way the login form is created on both
pages. There are some differences in the way the form is shown, but
nothing strikes me as overly unusual...
