Technically it will be Fuel/Newton the upstream version of Fuel from the
openstack community.
F10 the commercial downstream version is going to come in end of March to
accomodate kubernetes based openstack

Fuel for Newton (OPNFV D release) is based on Ubuntu LTS 16.04 and will use
4.4 stock kernel.
There is no plan to update OVS, libvirt, QEMU. So what you get from Ubuntu
LTS is what you see on the system,
we will not override like we are doing with 14.04.

I'm just wondering what version of Ubuntu will the upcoming Fuel version
support? I'd like to be able to validate my features without fuel in a similar
environment before the fuel plugin integration takes place.
