Maybe we can have a differernt version that switch that rtl phy to a
SFP+ cage? This would bring more flexibility and also higher speed.
5gbps phy would be hot and requires more expensive RJ45 cable. If using
SFP+ cage, we can use LC/SC fiber modules rather than rj45.
