My effective approach was to edit
package/mac80211/files/lib/wifi/mac80211.sh directly.
Propably you prefer or also need to use
package/base-files/files/lib/functions/uci-defaults.sh
but than don't overlook that its
target/linux/ar71xx/base-files/etc/defconfig/wndr3700 for network config of
this p

running into a
problem with the wireless configuration.
According to the documentation, I should be able to just leave out the MAC entry
and on first reboot, openwrt will add it.
What's happening instead is that two n
