Chat is a application often used by PPP or gcom.I used gcom while creating NCM protocol support to openwrt.(Ticket for NCM protocol is in here: https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/15328 )chat is marked as dependant on PPP (it belongs to ppp sources) but it doesn't need it.As I use ncm connection to wan,
