| Chat is a application often used by PPP or gcom. I used gcom while creating NCM protocol support to openwrt. (Ticket for NCM protocol is in here: https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/15328 ) chat is marked as dependant on PPP (it belongs to ppp sources) but it doesn't need it. As I use ncm connection to wan, I don't need PPP and therefore might want to leave ppp out but still have chat. This patch removes ppp dependancy from chat.
