The default case in 02_network is inappropriate for the MikroTik RouterBOARD
91x boards because they do not have a WAN port, so don't bother setting the
non-existent eth1 interface as the WAN port.

WAN and LAN are swapped the wrong way around. This patch fixes that by adding
the 951Ui-2HnD to ar71xx.sh and the relevant entry in 02_network.
This patch also defines the ACT LED as the status LED in diag.sh.
