It seems in the refactoring of these changes into trunk, the LNA was
left turned off.
This patch turns on both LNAs (not just one) by setting BOTH GPIOs to
HIGH.

Seems that the x86_64 build of OpenWRT hangs on boot in KVM and QEMU.
After looking over the 'target/linux/x86_64' folder in comparison with
'target/linux/x86' I've narrowed it down to just these 2 options
that have to explicitly be set in the config-default file of the
x86_64 build.
