Revision D swaps the NPE assignments. The setup code now
uses the system_rev variable (set from ATAG_REVISION) to
configure the NPEs so that eth0 corresponds to the lan and
eth1 is set for the wan port.
New Redboot has an exec option (-v 4) to set revision tag.
