This was fixed in master in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/387993/ with
intent to fix tests and unblock the gate. But since those tests were
introduced in Ocata the fix was not backported to Newton.
So I've just did a partial packport of the root cause

As every big project Murano is getting more contributors working on it. Our
current IRC-meetings are held from 5pm till 6pm UTC every Tuesday, but it
looks like this time isn't comfortable for every Murano contributor.
Here is the suggestion: have alternating meetings: at 5PM UTC on T

absolutely enough for sahara. So, we can release one working room for other
