From the installation notes .. It should already be there if you have things
are normal.

Typically you'll see a message saying there are no shared ciphers when
the same setup works fine with an RSA certificate. There are two possible
causes. The client may not support connections
From the looks of it ... you need to add more libraries to your path
or one of your paths to libraries is wrong or non-existent.
