Making DLL’s with Borland is not
dependent upon the Operating System.
In your existing project,
select Project|New
Target. On the ensuing
dialog, type in the name of the DLL and accept the default STANDARD. Press OK. On the next dialog, choose Target Type DLL, platform WIN32. F
Hi:
I´ve faced the same problem. The true problem comes up when you want to
authenticate the remote server and in the process you resolve the IP of the
CN field of the certificate that he(the server) sends you during handshake
to see if its the same you are connected to.If this is the case (which

You want to encrypt the key+
are you talking about an http protocol or a custom
protocol?
If you are doing custom work you will need to wrap
your stuff in the calls that proxy servers use, either
SOCKS or http.
If you are talking about an http proxy server, check
the rfc. you will want to use the connect command to
tunnel ss

i am faced with a small problem. I am developing an ssl based

Hi Steve,
You're right, thanks for hinting me to the openssl.txt - file.
There really should be a link to this file on the openssl.org-pages. It's a
great doc, kudos, but I could only find it by looking for "openssl.txt" at
Google.
When printing the certificate with
openssl x509 -in cert.pem -
I get the following error after compiling openssl-0.9.6c on Debian Linux after
creating my own CA:

It's not clear to me what the application is here. If you

That's what we call a signature, and even if it is possible to encrypt
data with whichever key you want, it's definitely not a good idea to
*encrypt* with a *private* key, and *decrypt* with
I have a quick question about encrypting with private key.
First background: I have a short piece of data (symmetric encryption
key + some other stuff) encrypted with RSA private key. Then this
symmetric key is decrypted using the corresponding RSA public
key. I'm using 2048 bit RSA key created
Hi Binu!

Hi,
I'm trying to configure and install openssl-0.9.6c on AIX 4.2.1. As soon as
I do the ./config I get the following:

Hi,
I'm using apache 1.13.9 with mod_ssl 0.9.6 at SuSE Linux 7.2.
The client authentication I configured between MSIE 6.0 or Netscape 4.77 as
browsers and the apache server works - but also fails.
It denies the user from protected sites (those sites that the client
authentication is configured

pod2html comes with perl.
Once you have converted all to single html files you can make a big
CHM package out of it.

I keep receiving the below error codes in my log files. Where on openssl.org are the
error codes?
