Hi all,
Several weeks (months?) ago Sun had some sort of online deal where
they would ship free S10 and Sun Studio 11 CDs out for free. A few
weeks ago a friend of mine was complaining about not receiving them,
and just now another friend of mine is mentioning not receiving them.

I'm not terribly experienced with OBP so I hope someone will correct

Waiting a little extra time to receive the archive is far better than

I had mistaken that for the range of supported resolutions, not th
memory allocations, though this is
tunable. I believe the default setting is to overcommit, which can
lead to the random killing of processes in order to retrieve memory
should one run out. I forget the terminology used for that particular

I suspect the answer is no, but I would like to get the opinion of
some people more knowledgeable on this issue than I am. If I can't do

dual-licensing with him?
Thanks.

You can set the default locale by editing /etc/default/init. For
example, mine contains:
LC_COLLATE=en_CA.ISO8859-1
LC_CTYPE=en_CA.ISO8859-1
LC_MESSAGES=C
LC_MONETARY=en_CA.ISO8859-1
LC_NUMERIC=en_CA.ISO8859-1
LC_TI
per line is simplified chinese, and the lower is
traditional. It probably says just that, since the three characters
in the upper left mean "japanese language".
