Attached is the tcl reset patch. Apply it to HEAD. Unlike my previous patch, where the "reset code" was a separate file - it is now integrated into "startup.tcl". The switch has been done. This defaults to the new TCL reset method. You should - see no difference. If there is, please tell me.
