You mean you want to create a room through the calendar where the
whiteboard functionality is disabled/not available at all?

it took me some time, but I finally prepared script to make Debian
packages. It build 'debs' from scratch and save them in /usr/adm/deb.
If deb/ directory exist in script working directory the building step
is omitted and these packages are installed by apt-get instead of
time-consuming comp

yes, but not only through the calendar. At all, public and private rooms
only with video/audio and chat, with no whiteboard.

thanx a lot for ur kind reply but I am not able to get .lzx file in
/usr/lib/red5/webapps/openmeeting/ directory, I think in OM 2.0, its been
packed in .jar packages, I tried extracting all .jar packages also but even
thn not getting it. Plz tell me the file path..
