Default timezone and country

Any way to set the default country and timezone on the New Member screen?

I have installed and configured Openmeetings for the first time. I setup my Ubuntu box w/ Postfix relaying to Gmail - tested and works. My invitations are not being sent from Openmeetings and I am also unable to just directly email from the 'Contacts and Messages' screen. I see nothing in my /var/l
