Sebastian, There might be a bug. When I had more time to check the log files I found the message "Could not find key in configuration CONF_KEY: DEFAULT_MAX_UPLOAD_SIZE", however in my configuration table there is a setting for "max_upload_size", but not for "DEFAULT_MAX_UPLOAD_SIZE"
