Hi Hao,
I think your problem is that your directory's name is Chinese name ,not
English,please put your file in an English name folder.
Also for batch conversion ,maybe you can run in command line mode.

I think the problem is that the OpenBabel 2.2.3 GUI does not handle
unicode filenames. Try placing the file in the top folder on your C:\
drive.
