Hey, Thanks for the quick reply. I've been trying to do it from the command prompt. I'm using the compiler from visual studio 9.0. i've searched for the libopenbabel.so file, but don't find it. I assume I'll have to set an environment variable? does everyone use Linux? I might just switch over
