No - our install page at http://openbabel.org/wiki/Install shows that
on Windows we have Python, Java and .NET working fine. Linux and Mac
have two additions wrappers: Perl and Ruby.

But it still may be more convenient to use VMWare as I working with Perl at
the minute.
