Well the main toolbar is there, but it is text only in your case.
This is how it looks in my case:

If you right click on 'zoom out' for example, then 'configure toolbars >
main toolbar ' and you can select the 'quick annotations'
action and move it under

The page number is relevant, because it is also needed for “Print pages from
... to ...”. But since the page widget in the main toolbar also shows the page
number, the Contents panel probably may show nothing as well.

Someone suggested I delete certain config files to reset Okular to default
settings, because my Okular doesn't have a Quick Annotation button.
However, I cannot find these files. Where are the config files located?
