yes, so when I make 4 copies of the attatched file
$ ls
1.ps 2.ps 3.ps 4.ps
$ okular *
then okular crashes but
okular 1.ps
wouldn't crash okular

Sorry, should have known better.
The results in comment #2 were from 0.10.7 (distro packages from Fedora 11).
I grabbed poppler from git (so post 0.12.1), and rebuilt kdegraphics against
