okular sends A4 to my printer if I enter <ctrl>p<enter>
okular sends Letter to my printer if I enter <ctrl>p then click Properties then
click OK then click Print. (When the Properties dialog box displays, it shows
my System Settings of paper size 8.5 x 11.)
I have confirmed this bug in Kmail, too.
