It happens with _every_ pdf out there, not just specific ones.
I just create a latex document where I can see the problem. I'm attaching both
the .tex file and pdf.

I though about this bug report yesterday as it also happened. I just tried it
again and the problem is still present. I'm using 4.10.

It definitively have something to do with "Trim Margins" as I can almost always
