Still not included?
On my EeePC, I want all the screen devoted to content, not to a useless bottom
bar that takes a good percentage of screen estate... Fullscreen content should
be, well, fullscreen.
An option to disable it anytime would be usefull too. I prefer seeing my
document then seing a widget telling me the page number.
