Bug still exists.
Stuff gets resized and then the printed info doesn't match the fields on the
form anymore. If I print with Adobe Acrobat Reader, no resizing occurs.

I didn't mean to be aggressive. I'm seeing the same bug with Okular 0.17.5.
Retested just now by downloading the source file, opening with Okular, and
printing to file (PDF) with 2 pages per sheet.

The actual number depends on the type of checkmark that has been set in the
pdf. It may also be an 8 in the case of a tick (✔) instead of a cross (✘), if I
remember my experiments correctly.
