It works to create bookmarks of a pdf-file. But they are invisible when opened
with other programs or sent as mail.
In PDFXChangeViewer it is possible to create bookmarks that can be saved like
real table of content, visible for anybody reading the file.
I'd like to have it in Okular as well.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create bookmark
2. safe file
3. open file with other program
Actual Results:
no bookmarks visible in other program
Expected Results:
bookmarks visible like table of content
Like behavior of PDFXChangeViewer creating permanent bookmarks that can be used
as table of content
