Obviously if we ever end up adding this feature it will never be part of KDE
4.5.x since no new features are allowed on stable releases.

Yes, get pdf files that are not broken. If it is you generating them bug the
maker of the program that generates them.

I did this with the result:
-) no crash in okular. Program ends obviously the transformation process and
works as expected.
-) In Dolfin no ps file is displayed.
-) A ps-file is displayed in xterm
