Problem is better, but still exists. This is what I do/see:
1. Open Okular and go to full screen mode.
2. Log out. Log back in.
3. Okular reloads, but menu and other toolbars are gone. To bring things back,
you have to press Ctrl-M to bring the menu back and restore things from there.
