The document I took this from was kind of quirky, even on acrobat reader, but
if it is invalid, okular should reject it, instead of crashing.
It seems the pdf is too big to be attached, so here

Forgot to mention: Tested Okular version 0.9.2 (KDE 4.3.2) from Kubuntu Karmic.
A workaround:
* Open Presentation Mode (Window opens on "wrong" screen")
* Hold down the "Alt"-key and clic

When I run it in valgrind it runs that slow that I am not able reproduce. I
tried with latest Stable Nvidia 190.42, but is same. If you have idea with

Right! Checking again on Fedora 10 it does work but it was here I spotted the
problem in the first place. So this must be suse specific (ver 10.3). Probably
resolved when updating to 11.2. This is probab
