In KDE 3.5.x, I was able to select current page, or selected pages (comma
separated) to be printed. Even "4,4" was possible to have the same page #4
twice on a single page (2 pages on a sheet).
Now I can only print "all" or have to enter a range that does not even
correspond with page numbers actually printed.
