A further observation - now running 10657. When first loaded NetSurf
responds normally to the scroll wheel, but after a viewing as few
simple pages and scrolling them it exhibits the same hanging problem.
I upgraded to 10657, ran NetSurf, went to ROOL and scrolled up and
down the ROOL homepage
