Hi folks,
The Quantum directory currently does not contain a LICENSE file that is
included when someone grabs the code using bzr. Including one is a very
good idea, for lots of reasons.
I would advocate for adding a LICENSE file to the root of the code base that
includes the standard apache 2.0
