Hi folks, The Quantum directory currently does not contain a LICENSE file that is included when someone grabs the code using bzr. Including one is a very good idea, for lots of reasons.
I would advocate for adding a LICENSE file to the root of the code base that includes the standard apache 2.0 license text: http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt This would be inline with the behavior of other OpenStack projects, including nova and swift. I will bring this up during the IRC meeting as well, but I wanted to give people a heads up. Thanks, Dan p.s. this may also be relevant to melange, donabe as well, as I think they all started from the same project skeleton -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dan Wendlandt Nicira Networks, Inc. www.nicira.com | www.openvswitch.org Sr. Product Manager cell: 650-906-2650 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
