PCIe adapters supporting long distance 10GB fiber?

seems to me that all the 10GB PCIe cards only support either copper 10GBASE-T, short range 10GBASE-SR or the 10 Km 10GBASE-LR (but only very few). Are there any PCIe cards that support 10GBASE-ER and 10GBASE-ZR? I can't seem to find any. Chiel

Hi, I have an handful of Juniper devices (mx204 / QFX5100). I recently bought a new QFX5110 switch I want to update to a newer software release. My account on the Juniper website seems to be disabled and therefor I send an email to customer care. They replied with a form that I have to fill in.
