Rob:
Comcast engineers are on the NANOG list. If you reply with IP and traceroute
they can help u.
I hear there are networks at capacity b/c of ratios. Everybody wants to send
Comcast traffic, but noone wants to send money.

I am not sure of bug... could be normal behavior for how JunOS CLI handle
"extended" packet size. Will wait for Juniper comment on incident.

What congested links r u seeing?
When we contacted Comcast for peering, Ren Provo explain that ratios r balanced

Eugen and NANOG I'm sorry. My earlier comment was from conversation my last
employer had about peering with Comcast where they told us they had balanced
ratios. You can see from Ren Provo that is no longer true. This is politics
as usual, playing the silly game. I am sorry to offend. I wis
Matthew, I am sorry to offend, but I don't think the Skype development "agile"
when u say IPv6 is not needed or important in 2013. Microsoft hs strong
thought leaders like VJ Gill and Najam Ahmad who bring v6 to Bing and GFS. You
should follow their example.

We have same problem. Cogent noc says use another provider, Comcast will not
upgrade unless they pay for the traffic b/c they send more then they take in.
I attach Ren Provo for official statement.
